Sea World and the Wild Animal Park

For our sixth anniversary we decided to go to Sea World and the Wild Animal Park in San Diego.  Unfortunately all three of us got sick that weekend so we had to postpone it.  Three weeks later, when we were all better we headed down there.  We had such an amazing time.  Layla loved both parks so much!  Can't wait to go back again.

My Little Flower Girl

On the 28th of July, Layla was a flower girl in her Uncle Matthew and Auntie Shelby's wedding.  Their colors were gray and yellow, and as I was having trouble finding the right dress I decided to make her one myself.  The ending result was a little redheaded angel.  She couldn't have looked cuter if we tried.  With a little ribbon and flower head wreath as the finishing touch, and a little support from her bear, Padju, she walked down the isle like a champion.  Not only doing it by herself, but waving to the audience as she made her way to her daddy.  I only wish the moment had been captured on video.  Here are a few shots that I took of her in her sparkly dress.
